We want you to love your Josefina pieces, but if they are not quite right, we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure tags remain attached and items show no signs of wear to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original box or a secure mailing bag, ensuring the Josefina garment tags are still securely attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
